A beautiful spec trade, but plenty of scope to get burnt...
with a large placement hanging over it, there is plenty of risk that as soon as any upward movement occurs, the company will move to lock in the placement at a discount and thus kill the upside.
they have already indicated that the placement will be large, so the prospect of plenty of loose stock is high.
I am choosing to stay away from BKP at this stage.
golden rule with oilers is to buy after funding is in place.
BKP I think is one to hold off until that is done, though it certainly is tempting with timeframe to drilling and what looks like a low price.
