The high volume yesterday - 61m v 6m on Friday and the swift decline points towards some sort of capitulation. The short term-trend is down, however the long-term one remains up & yesterday the retracement made a bounce off the 61.8% level & corrected the O/B condition.
It would not take much for this stock to resume rallying again; professionals paid 8c in an over-subscribed placement only weeks ago & the company is has stated it will be releasing regular subscriber growth updates. I'm pretty sure NOR would like to see the price back up over 8c again so they get their SPP money.
A glimmer of good news would re-ignite interest from the smart money which was recently selling at 15 / 16c.
