@harleyone - You make some rather valid points. I would like to point forum members to slide #14 of the AGM presentation (see picture 1 below) where it says that Yojee is in active negotiations/discussions with 5 of the top 10 global forwarders. According to [https://www.logisticsmgmt.com/article/top_25_freight_forwarders_2017_digitization_e_commerce_continue_to_reshape] (see picture 2 blow), the 2017 top 10 global forwarders are: 1 DHL Supply Chain & Global Forwarding,  2 - Kuehne + Nagel, 3-  DB Schenker, 4- DSV,  5- Sinotrans, 6- Panalpina, 7 - Nippon Express, 8- Expeditors, 9 - UPS Supply Chain Solutions, 10- CEVA Logistics.

I crossed out 3 of the top 10 that we know Yojee has been in negotiations/discussions with. Does anybody want to guess who the other two global forwarders Yojee may be having negotiations/discussions with? As indicated in my initial post on this thread, Carl Hemus worked both at #1 DHL and #2 Kuene + Nagel.... What are the odds those are the other two global forwarders Yojee was referring to in their AGM presentation? I will let the reader form his own opinion.

Those who always see the glass half empty may ask: "how do we know Yojee is not just making exaggerations"? That would be a fair question to ask. After all, nothing has yet to transpire out the conversations with DB Schenker and UPS... But we do know Yojee signed up SILA, a subsidiary of #5 global forwarder Sinotrans. So to answer the skeptics, over the past 2-3 months, Yojee has been looking to recruit a Senior Technical Project Manager (see picture 3 below) who will be managing projects with global key accounts and who also will be reporting to none other than Carl Hemus, COO of Yojee. It appears that Yojee may have already extended a job offer to a candidate as the job posting is no longer active. Looking forward to learning about the background of that individual in the coming weeks/months.

Most of what I said above is based on various assumptions that may be either founded or unfounded. Only time will tell. That said, to be a good investor (I don't claim to be one but I am learning to be one), one has to be a good detective. One has to be able to look at various data sets and identify where commonalities exist in order to make educated guesses. In time, we all will know whether there is much truth in what Yojee claimed on Slide #14 of the AGM presentation. If there is any truth to it, the share price will be going in only one direction: Up!
