ASIC really need to grow a pair and look into this sort of stuff. In fact company management should also grow some too and stand up to these guys.
I think the major holders are in the driver seat. You can tell from latest announcement from BOA. They started selling way before the CR and then picked up 7.5 at a cheaper price. And that doesn't include other holdings they have.
