I think they wont pay any of it off, and here's why:

What happens when Atlas wants to fund new projects in order to diversify??????
Do they look to take on new debt.... again??

There are many companies out there in limbo waiting for Debt, and you guys
want Atlas to pay it down???
Look at AJM, they've been waiting over 12 months for a loan
to start mining. Its not easy to get finance.

I say keep the debt (and I think the MD is with me on this). And use the money in the bank
to invest in new mines.
Others may have different views, only time will tell how it pans out.
