I'm pretty sure Ash was one of those saying (apologies if not) that word must have leaked out about 'native' silver showing up in the drilling samples when the SP spiked up to 8.5c after a couple of days of drilling. That was all ridiculous hype, just as those now believing there must be nothing but barren rock in the samples just because we haven't had an announcement yet is over the top in the other direction. The truth will probably lie somewhere between the two poles when the assay results are complete and released. This was a scout drilling programme and therefore probably always very unlikely to bring up crates of silver nuggets, but equally I'll be surprised if there aren't a few promising intersections that will help guide a second round of drilling later on.
