the reason Jews became money lenders is because antisemitism locked them out of crafts and trades. They took up some of the few avenues for earning a living that were open to them. It is of the Christian’s making that this has happened. Get over it. Everything has consequences- some unintended.
my own family appear in a rich list someone created for the late 1800s. They got there by sheer hard work and by being frugal.
