Im in the industry. What we need is for our product to be specified in the early stages of the project, before it even goes to tender. For example, by someone like Arup. Arup specify clearvue glass must be used in a specific building, then the job goes to market, a builder wins it, then its in the docs and spec to be used. You cant just say to the multiplex site manager hey mate lets use this new glass instead of the old, he does exactly whats in the docs / spec (usually but lets not go there). We need to be selling to consultants and architects, not builders. Or retrofit clients, which would be building owners looking to improve ESG and NABERS ratings (and avoid yearly carbon fees).

Once specified, this takes years to eventually get to site. And also no one will want to be the first to take this on but once we have a few installs complete and data to prove the benefits, all new buildings should have us specified, its a no brainer.
