There is a project currently being tendered for by Lendlease and Multiplex at 600 Collins Street in Melbourne. The development is a 180m high, 60,000 square meter premium office space set to be fully electric and targeting at least a 6 star green star rating.
IMO this is the type of opportunity that we need to win for the wider market to sit up and take notice of our product.
