    That is the easiest and by far the best psychological tactice in any transaction. Be it a toaster a car/boat or property.

    It has saved me a lot of money over the years and continues to do so.

    There is a catch though....you must actually mean it!....provide your contact details, keep smiling and then walk away and DO NOT make any further contact.

    Silence is a powerful tactic as is... "Smiling and saying no until your tongue bleeds"
