Grades have been fairly consistent, the mine planning is what has seen the fluctuations in performance due to the inability to only feed high grade material.

This quarter will see a higher strip ratio and higher costs. For long term performance it's has some technicalities.

They need to both prove up free milling ore whist developing the longer term sulphides and underground projects. That's no simple task and it's good they have added some strength to the board.
