Hi Chris,

I've had a look through the old anns and it looks as though consolidation has been deferred untill shareholders approve. (Company believes its best to wait till they are in a more positive position till it goes to the vote again)

Did I miss anything? Do you have any idea when consolidation might occur?

Seems like they have a nice suite of building eco products and completed a capital raising to fund their future plans of extending their product range
