sorry Stash, i went for a drive out to the bridge site over the Keep River at Easter and there is sections of the road to there which would be impassable to trucks with heavy earth moving machinery. This is after a lower than average wet season but in planning this stuff you can't rely on below average figures to plan or snap your fingers and have machinery available. Also this is the formed road so to get to the site for the project there will be worse conditions. Also what advances has there been in earth moving machinery to work in wet season conditions in black soil?
