It's all semantics anyway as you can choose any date you want to make your assertion true. I note you refer to the performance of the DJI...how about comparing the performance of the DJI to the ASX 200? Australia's performance doesn't look that great either. And to be fair, you should compare CBS with another indices, such as the XMM, which would make a lot more sense.
