dont forget shareholders pay for a non shareholding director to fly from sydney once and sometimes twice a month put him up at most expensive hotels etc just for a 2 hour directors meeting , a couple of other directors drink the bar in the board room dry allmost on a daily basis and dream of what APM could do one day

Shareholders should boot the useless chairman , silly old codger , boot any non-shareholding directors , close the bar in the board room and demand the directors do some physical work

otherwise the liquidators will be lining up
