Hey all you Albidonians
I know that alot of you, like me, spent a good deal of time in the run up to the dealine that Albidon Action (AA)gave to the management sending emails and doing your bit.
For that, a BIG thank you from me personally!
Its great that you took action for yourselves, for your benefit, and also for your fellow stockholders. Those of you that didn't join in yet, c'mon, get on board and help with the lifting! ;-)
Maybe you are also feeling a bit disappointed that the management didn't engage with AA and with us, and that's ok, we all wanted engagement not a fight, and it WAS disapointing. But that just shows what we're all up against.
Ask yourselves this; if YOU ran this company and hundreds (yes it is that many) of people wrote and organised themselves to complain at your management of the company, what would you do?
Maybe you would disagree with them, and it would be your right to do so. But what I think you WOULD do, at the very least, is formally acknowldge their complaints, deal with them one by one with a formal rebuttal of the arguements, answer their questions directly, and show the transparency that a listed company is supposed to.
The management of Albidon did NONE of this.
None.
Don't forget for one minute that the management of Albidon work for US.
We the private shareholders, and Jinchaun, own this company, and so they work for us. We have a right to have a proper answer, and that service is part of why they receive a salary.
Its no different from your government (unless you live in PRC) - you pay taxes, the government takes a wage, so they have to listen and respond.
I do not say that they have to agree, but they have to respond.
The board of this company did not even formally respond, or even answer simple yes/no questions.
Would you refuse to answer or respond to the person who pays your salary? The person who owns the company you work for?
Not if you wanted to keep your job!
That tells you all you need to know about who is running this company.
Whatever your opinion of how they are managing this company on a day to day basis, you must demand that the people who run it show some respect and consideration for their bosses- us. You, me, ALL the OWNERS of this company.
Demand MORE - join Albidon Action's campaign, and lets remove this arrogant, self serving board of "directors".
