Just had a reply in from Mr Jian Hua Sang our CEO, he has kindly translated my email into Chinese & passed it with translation on to the entire Board some of whom have no English. He goes on to correct me that he himself is NOT on our Board & he does not represent Jinchuan. He has repeatedly made his own recommendation re. the Notes to the Board.
Mr Sang comes across as helpful & courteous, so could be a useful contact along with CFO David Round.
Mr Yimin Zhang the Executive Director would seem to be the one we need to get the message through to, as Jinchuan's main man on the Board. According to Mr Sang's email, it is Jinchuan who make the decision on the Notes so we MUST get our message home to this guy.
