Action Type: Offer for Subscription
Description: Lynas is proposing to effect a priority issue whereby shareholders may apply for 1 new share for every existing share held at a price of AUD0.45 per share.
A pay date has not been announced therefore accounts will be updated upon receipt of the new shares from our custodian.
We are currently liaising with our custodian to ascertain if shareholders may apply for additional shares in excess of their basic entitlement. Until we receive confirmation of this, it may be possible for shareholders to subscribe for additional shares in excess of their basic entitlement. Please note that such excess applications may not be successful or subject to scaling back.
Currently it is not known if holders outside of Australia and New Zealand are eligible to participate, we are currently liaising with our custodian to ascertain if we are able to participate, until this is resolved all acceptances will be processed on a best endeavours basis.
Subscribing shareholders are asked to input the total number of shares they wish to apply for, if this exceeds your basic entitlement your election will be scaled back.
