If the new litter proves to be all it is claimed, then the principles of what we were expecting from the Desert Sands proposal still stands, and should be enhanced.
It has been a long, long painful road and I for one would appreciate seeing a creeping sp reflect that the Directors believe all will be good in the next 12 months.
At these levels, someone can certainly get in and capitalise if the market (litter) responds. I'm in too deep already to top up any further.
