    Damn right he wasn't and I can account for another half bar so there is 1 million .Price rise is loosening off a few of the 20c rights holders .Who wants to pay these bozzos more than you have to ?Better to let the sellers come to you so its goin to be a slow but steady haul .

    mind you ,the ones that sold at 19.5 and 20 must be getting a bit shirty already .....
