    Well said EZ

    I like to keep things simple so here is how I see it after digesting the information at hand;

    1. Management of ESG have signalled what they are prepared to take for ESG (regardless of agendas, which there are many me think) so they have now put a price tag on their ability.

    2. The resources of ESG must now do the talking as all management have done is put ESG in play.

    3. Scheme of arrangement will not get voted upon as action & events will overtake it.

    4. ESG board is gone as they wouldnt survive AGM given the value they have placed on ESG.

    So, the game is definitely on and will not play out only as far as prior to AGM. I am holding my shares and going to enjoy my break fully now knowing that ESG management have put ESG in play and have no way back.

    Dead cold hands now, speaking of which, things seem to happen when YAQ is on leave!

    If you have endured the cost of the ride so far, doesnt make sense to sell when the ride is now really cranking up.

    good luck to all.
