Those speculating on the status of the permit progress have got rocks in their heads .. This is a brand new process new to everyone and I'm not sure even COGCC know themselves!.. BNL is a Helium explorer with little environmental impact in a baron region searching for a CRITICAL commodity! the chances for being knocked back a less than ZERO!! We are in the 3rd Q for F sake! The SP should be going up not down!! If you're like me and have held the stock for 2 years and only ever accumulated hold on tight that 10X is getting closer and closer!
