Expectations are about with the permit pending at some stage in t near future. I think the SP will have a fairly dramatic rise on the announcement and tat will start to attract investors seeing that rise as a pointer.
Holders have been patient for a long time waiting so all of us should be a little happier soon (assuming the permit application is successful - and there appears to be no reasons why it should not be)
Huge volume today (and rising all week) and as you say, ridiculous entry prices for BNL currently.
Anyway, a 6% daily rise is most welcome.
