This is a volatile trading stock that has been fallen in love with by various high profile day traders, so they will make the movements. I really think you need to look the ANN a little bit differently and that is its not a pump document it really a bow across the bows of any potential hostile TO lurking in the wings.

It has always been a concern of many that because we have so much "stuff" (technical term) that a smart company may well come in and offers shareholders 30, 40 or 50 cents.

Before today I would venture to say a lot of holders would be tempted to accept, so what JH has done (and will continue to do) is release a valuation that says to current holders, hey the Coal is worth something north of a $ per share, so think very carefully if any offers are made.

We have Oil, Helium etc, I really don?t know what the company is worth, but I am sure that one day it will be in excess of $8.00
