I dont think it was outrageous .

The three previous cases were thrown out .There was no case to answer .

With Concourt ,here was a shock decision ,but that shock decision came about because the court was misled .

The shares are suspended to protect shareholders ,so they arent raped by the opportunists .

Once the outcome is clear ,the shares will trade on their merit ,and possibly save many holders from being destroyed .
Its even possible that after suspension is lifted ,NKP will trade much higher if the result is positive .

The only reason some people would want NKP out of suspension, is so they can gain pleasure in others pain ,and unfortunately those kinds of people are out there . Greed without conscience .
