I don't think he s worried one bit... he knows what he invested in, it's time in the market not timing the market that wins in the end. Hold and you ll make money if the business is sound, which obviously he sees, he knows he s in it...they are very popular in the industry and winning deals.
he might be averaging down as we speak. Other directors will also be interested.
i m not fretting or nervous disappointed but not panicking yet. Emotions do you no good, those same emotions would have induced to buy on the up at 8, 9,10 - and they will stop you buy here.
you have to make a calculated professional judgement about the business at these prices and the chances are stacked in our favour more than ever.
