I don't see this heading back to the 50's but if it does, (then think yourself lucky) and grab em quickly, don't be thinking they might go back to the 30's or 40's because these days I feel are long gone. Too much value built since these days!
Actually I really can't see them going under 60 again. (But that's my opinion)
