Has any body herd if Sinclair is being shopped to Hughes Drilling (HDX)?
Would make sense as:
1- It appears to me that it could be a perfect post DOCA company for Talisman to place Sinclair within - given one particular significant cross shareholder who is a very very smart operator, and
2 - If Talisman then did an "In Specie" share distribution it would be a big win for: i) Shareholders & ii) the Board and Key Mgt as it would reduce the exercise price of those recently approved ~ 23 million Options (could put the excercise price below ~ 6c to 8c if Sinclair is valued at ~ 15 million in HDX stock.
Has any body herd if Sinclair is being shopped to Hughes...
