POK potash minerals limited

keeping it real

    Hi everyone,

Firstly thanks to everyone for their posts and rants. I'm new to this so all information gives me something to look into a little further.

I have about 60% of my Lambo fund (can't afford a Lambo on our salaries but are otherwise comfortable so the wife said if I can earn it on the stock market I can buy it) invested in POK and things are looking really positive at the moment. I'm trying to get a better feel for when to sell. In all the discussions there seem to be 2 factors that aren't discussed and I'm not sure if they are the elephant in the room or if I'm just missing something logical and obvious.

    1. There seems to be a worldwide surplus of potash. This resource will be needed in the long term but short term the world doesn't appear to need another potash mine. I know the company expects to sell to the domestic US market, but is that enough to to push the price up above $1 and beyond? Especially as there seems to be a couple of large potash mines in Canada which is not that far away.

    2. It seems from what all indications that there is only 1 way for this stock to go once the JORC is released given the companies initial conservative estimates and the de-risking of the sites a couple of weeks ago. Despite this, the sp has increased but not to the heights a number of us had hoped for. What am I missing? There must be something holding this stock back.

Cheers and keep your posts coming!
