Came from an R&D company with a revolutionary welding product to a diversified company able to service the oil and gas industry and ship repair.
They must have over 100 divers now and i'm sure they are not sitting around picking the crud out their flippers.
Picked up several smaller (some larger) businesses that wanted to not just service localised areas but expand to take on the world.
It's not an easy matter to sell a profital business (like all those aquisitions have been) which you have built up from scratch...so it must have taken some hard sell to win them over.
Revenue and profit forecasts will i reckon be seen to be conservative....NMS don't seem to be a company that releases announcements willy nilly...they all have substance....hence the share price.
Investors keen to snap up big parcels when availlable.
As for clive selling out.....did anyone really think he would have been comfortable sitting in a stuffy boardroom talking bout what businessmen talk about...no way....he would have been looking at the ceiling saying to himself...."$7 million bucks,oh my god"
And missus clive would be wanting stuff after putting up with the old man stuck in the garage for 5 years or more inventing stuff.
I'm expecting big things....most of us here know it.
