That's a very important missing link imo. Here I was thinking Gina wanted in on ALB expertise in downstream processing but she doesn't need it. She already has a strategic partner in Posco.
I am now more inclined to think Gina won't be interested in cutting a deal with ALB.
Buckle up, ALB may need to fight for this resource. Wow, calling their $3 bid best and final.might have been a terrible strategic error.
