They'd just apply for joint bid relief from ASIC, pretty straightforward for a scheme where the bidders can't vote their joint holdings in the same class.
Wasn't required in the ZEN example ( ICG cut into an existing binding deal, but combined interest still below 20%), but was for ICQ scheme in 2021.
