It'd probably work fine if the ALB SOA gets the flick and the Gina/Rio JV offers $6 for the remainder of shares? Even I'd have to vote 'yes' for that kind of offer! They might even leave LTR in the consortium with a slightly lesser bid and some cash for holders? Open minds are great!
