DD finished, Gina has 19.9%, the SP has dropped a little, ALB SOA dead and we will not get to vote on it as a superior proposal is on its way and will not be too long away IMO. Remaining shorters are toast. Rio/Gina JV as you suggested sounds very logical to me also. Gina will not do a JV with ALB IMO. You suggested Rio and that fits. if the BOD supported ALB $3 offer then they will support a higher offer from Gina/Rio. I agree with you that ALB will not give up easily so I also am thinking Gina JV will go a significant increase to kill ALB off up front. I hope that ALB is mad as hell and finds more funds. I know many of us here want to go mining but this move by Gina has all the hallmarks of a take over play. She knows and works well with Rio and will make more money in a JV with them instead of mining as a large shareholder with us. Sad but realistic. I am holding tight. I wont have to wait long I think.
