PMM will not end up with Board control. If they win their 2 seats and the other 2 are voted off then it will still be a 2-2 Board.

The Board will need to elect a Chairman and a new CEO, and I assume they will not vote for either of the opposite "faction's" nominations so that a deadlock remains. The only way forward for the company will be to appoint a completely neutral Chairperson as the 5th director and to have a neutral CEO who is not on the Board. Otherwise the deadlock will remain and the company will stagnate.

Alternatively, if the current Board remains then we have to accept that the wealth of the majority of shareholders will slowly be leached away into the hands of others. Refer to the ridiculous policy of non-refundable deposits and the granting of massive numbers of options to directors who have shown no positive impact on the company as yet.
