poor sod who sold 200 shares today so he could get his/her $150 after brokerage. company lost 2m of its already pathetic market cap to now bring it to 18m. cash in bank might hit 25m this year.
in this meltdown even the cash is being discounted ,bugger the telco and web hosting business which is earning around 20m ebitda a year.
if they get an offer it could be worth 3-5 times ebitda plus cash in bank, which would bring the stock price up to 4 to 6 dollars from the pathetic 90cents its on now.
