I also think integrity and competence of management should be near the top of this list. I don't think that there is any reason to doubt the integrity and competence of NEA's management. But let's not kid ourselves, the execution of the most recent credit raising was woeful. I am hoping it proves to be no more than a slight bump along the road to a market cap 3 or 4 times what it is today. GLTAH.
