Some externalities as well: the Grexit will weight heavily on the market in the next week or so. Should be plenty of buying opportunities across the board. API will be one of them. Fundamentally a good company, but the SP got ahead of them.
SAP is a worry also: I've never known ANY company that has chosen this system that hasn't had major issues. Usually way over time and over budget. It normally takes up to 3 years or so to truly bed down with advantages flowing thereafter. When are SAP going to be honest about start-up costs!? SAP by name, sap by nature.
