The PFAS settlement is a positive. It is likely to get approved. We will see if the judge puts the settlement administration out for tender as he did in J&J Mesh. There should be a cash injection for Shine from the settlement, but that will be lucky to come in by Christmas, and it definitely will not be this financial year. And it is hard to know how much cash will come for Shine from this settlement if the matter has been litigation funded along the way. I guess we will have to wait and see.
