In the HY2023 presentation it was noted that there was was 5.7M from the litigation funder and 6.0M from Boston ie inflow of cash outstanding due to timing events. I am aware that Shine management are monitoring these HC posts. If the 5.7Million has been received it would be appreciated if the market could be informed as it relates to the HY2023 presentation as such events are PRICE SENSITIVE and cannot wait until the next set of reports.
