I found this in the J&J Mesh orders from 5 April - “payment be made to Shine Lawyers Pty Ltd (Shine) out of the settlement fund in the amount of $22,600,999.24, comprising 50% of Shine’s professional costs ($15,656,736.30) and 100% of Shine’s disbursements ($6,944,262.94), within seven days”.
I am surprised there was no market announcement. Shine is a $130m company, and they get a cash deposit of $22m. It sounds material to me.
