Keeping the market informed / ongoing disclosure requirements

In regards to the company's update this morning, OLV pointed out three recent client wins, in May, June and "more recently":

1. In May, the company announced it had signed a leading UK based provider of online casino, slots and bingogames, which will see the client use OtherLevels as the messaging platform within their new sportsbooksolution. The initial order is valued in excess of A$75,000 with scope for an increase in this value in future.

2. In June OtherLevels signed a major nationwide U.S. casino brand, operating both retail casino and sportsbetting brands. The operator has multiple properties in over 10 states. Additionally, the Company signed atop 5 licenced sports betting operator in Poland, joining other European clients across Spain, Greece andAustria.

3. More recently, the Company announced that it has won a new sports betting operator in the Spanishmarket. The operator will use OtherLevels across desktop and mobile web for both opt-in and non opt-inusers. The initial contract is valued at A$75,000. Additionally, XCOM has recently secured a new Australianclient in the on-line retail sector, in a transaction leveraging the OtherLevels platform."

Why weren't any of these announced to the market? The last ASX announcement was in April.

In this morning's announcement, how can they possibly say the following??:

" In May, the company announced it has signed....bla bla" - when and where did the company account this???

"In June, OtherLevels signed a major nationwide US casino brand...bla bla" - this wasn't announced either.

"More recently, the company announced that it has won a new sports betting operator in the Spanishmarket" - what is "MORE RECENTLY"? Would be helpful to know if any of that revenue will fall into FY18/19 or FY19.20 - why be so vague?? And, WHY NO ANNOUNCEMENT? AGAIN.

If anyone can tell me if I am missing something, it would be appreciated, but at the moment it looks as though we have a Board trying to pull the wool over our eyes. They are certainly not keeping the market informed, and IMO, they are clearly not keeping in line with their ongoing disclosure requirements to the ASX .
