As I understand it most of the money Arrow is seeking to raise will be for pipelines and the LNG plant itself, which would be no different regardless of what the origin of the gas was. Nevertheless, in terms of ease of production conventional gas onshore close to population centres is about the best you can can hope for if you are a gas explorer. Offshore gas probably comes second, then CSG, then other unconventional sources such as shale gas. There have been no sales of onshore gas fields in Australia in recent years that I could find, so it is hard to value KF; but certainly it would be more valuable than the equivalent amount of CSG or offshore gas.
