zeta flicked bligh resources stake to SAR (not NST so they have done this before.
interestingly Zeta are sitting on a fair bit of cash post those options being converted, the biggest holder of Zeta owns more than 90% so it’s essentially a private company.
Zeta could just buy the remaining shares in HRN they already own circa 70%..
painful waiting for these guys to do something but the asset as it is seems way to cheap at current valuations.
