    40 to 1 reconsturction - there are only so many capital raisings that can be done - some companies profit figures are based upon new shareholder capital - add the odd name change and such corps can go for 20 years or more without ever turning a profit.

    Im sure smart ones get out the dumb ones or unsuspecting ones will get in.
