Out of interest, I did a search on Keith Liddell and thought you might be interested (if you don't know already)in the following article re the Platmin deal announced recently:

It's interesting to note that application is being made to the TSX to bypass the need for shareholder approval for this transaction, based on financial hardship. I wonder what this means for Copperco given that Copperco owns 17.5% of Platmin? Hmmm!......
