A nominator to the board does give RCF V111 information rights at all BOD meetings and emails etc.and as major investors I don't see a problem with that.
What other information not discussed at Board meetings do you think they want access to?
I note James Mc Clemments RCF founder was/is the chairman BOD of MinRes a far more influential role than an observer.
Yowie et al are reading too much into it "creating a mountain out of a mole hill." IMO.
