There was nothing fake about Altura. Ganfeng loved Altura spod, high grade low impurity cf orange spod, and kept buying Altura spod even after PLS went back into production and were major shareholders of PLS.
It must have really freaked PLS out that Ganfeng were going to buy out the Altura Loan holder debt hence the prearranged midnight recievership.
At that time it was all about Tesla and LiOH and Altura was the main supplier in the supply chain.
