But I think it is more realistic that it looks like a discussion was happening between government ministers for at least a week before PEP 11 will get approved rather than the Monday afters. Investors and gamblers will take their own paths. Approval will be 15th March thereabouts.
Completely my opinion, no ideas just speculative bollocks.
