Nice find.
For me its pretty evident that The Australian Federal Government needs PEP11 to help secure the Energy future and jobs for NSW and VIC.
Combine this with Carbon Capture Storage and that would make this project possibly carbon neutral makes it a no brainer for me.....
I believe this announcements are leading to something.
